The packaging that carry the 100% satisfaction seal have a guarantee. Product exchange will occur if your pet does not get used to the food.
In order to proceed with the exchange, the following requirements must be met:

- The food must be in its original packaging, and it must be in perfect condition.
- There must have at least 70% of the product.
- Be within the expiration date.
- You must have the invoice.
- Inform all details of the store where you purchased our product.
- Photos of the packaging front to identify the product and also photos of the area where the batch number and expiration date information is shown.
- The above information should be sent to the email: sac@petfoodsolution.com.br.

At the moment we do not work with sample delivery. It is possible to find samples at some points of sale, check availability at stores close to you.

In addition, the products with our 100% satisfaction seal, can be exchanged in case your pet doesn’t get used to the product.

Yes, it is natural that variations in croquette sizes occur in the manufacturing process. Ideally, the food should be weighed on the scale to ensure the correct daily amount for each phase of your pet.

Natural variations in the color of the croquette may occur, as we do not use artificial colorings. This variation does not change the quality and nutritional composition of the food.

We suggest the adaptation to be done gradually, initially mixing small portions of our product with the one already used, increasing these portions within 7 days, according to the adaptation instruction on the back of the packaging.

We suggest checking the packaging when purchasing the product at the point of sale. Do not accept products with holes, tears and damaged solder in order to avoid contamination.

All of our packages have - on the back - the “How to Use” table, with the daily consumption recommendation amount based on the pet's adult weight. You can find the same table here, on our website, accessing the “Products” tab and identifying the product used according to the size and age of your pet.

You should store in its original packaging, in a cool, dry, ventilated place, protected from the sun. Keep the packaging closed, on pallets or shelves and away from walls. At the time of purchase, please check the packaging condition and its expiration date.
